- User content: Information you enter into the App, such as conflict scenarios, reflections, notes, messages, and action plans.
- Support information: if you contact support, we collect the details you provide (for example, your email address and the content of your message), and any files you choose to share.
- Sensitive content: iFeelHeard may be used to discuss personal or sensitive situations. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information you do not want stored (for example, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly confidential data).
B) Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and app version.
- Identifiers: device identifiers and/or advertising identifiers (where permitted by device settings and applicable law).
- Usage information: screens viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction events.
- Diagnostics/log data: crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
C) Information from third parties (optional)
If you sign in using a third-party provider (for example, Apple or Google), we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and a provider identifier, depending on the provider and your settings.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Save your progress, settings, and preferences
- Personalize your experience within the App
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability

We do not sell your personal information.
AI / model training: We do not use your User Content to train public or third-party AI models unless we clearly ask and you explicitly opt in.

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
